See It? Say It! is a platform which centralise all the different reporting channels across Duke-NUS. The application enables staff to report any concerns timely by sending photos and details of a situation which they have witnessed, experienced and observed through their mobile phones. It also comes with detailed emergency contacts of the different areas within Duke-NUS.

• General risk: For reporting any concerns pertaining to Duke-NUS
• Safety: For accidents, incidents, safety concerns and locations of first aid box and automated external defibrillator 
• Security: For security concerns such as suspicious parcel
• Fault reporting: For maintenance issues such as faulty light or water pipe
• IT support: For applications, network, other IT issues and enquiries
• Whistleblowing: For reporting alleged wrong doing and suspected fraud and alleged research misconduct
• Grievances: For reporting any grievances
